The E-Reputation Specialist is responsible for project Coordination, communication and reporting, production and quality supervision.

Responsibilities:

• To oversee and to monitor media and user generated content related to the brand (client),

• To provide time alerts to counterpart and client,

• To decipher and clean videos on brand’s media platforms based on brand requirements,

• To create and submit concise reports and summaries on key stories, such as incisive assessments and evaluations,

• To utilize a variety of writing styles relevant to the brand, its executive and global audiences,

• To execute content related project (including but not limited to content optimization, publishing, copywriting and translation) using internal or external resources,

• To coordinate with project managers and to escalate issues according to a predefined process.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Literature, Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Political Science, or similar field,

• Experience in news writing is an advantage,

• Outstanding English communication skills,

• Strong time-management skills and organizational skills,

• Research-savvy,

• Ability to adapt in a multicultural environment,

• Ability to write concise reports,

• Critical-thinker and problem-solver.

Nice to have:

• Working experience with copywriting/proofreading

• Experience working with international clients or counterparts

• Working experience with Sprinklr and Restate is a plus

Work set-up and working hours:

• 8am to 5pm or 4pm to 1am or 12am to 9am
