Junior Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager with breaking projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Coordinate tasks to internal and external teams
- Help create and maintain project status reports and documentation
- Help ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance
- Help ensure that all project requirements are complete and received before starting projects
- Assist on basic client-facing duties
- Escalate issues as needed to the project manager
Qualifications
- Graduate of Information Technology or other related courses
- Proficiency with Microsoft office and Google Suite tools
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- High level attention to details and solution-oriented mindset
- Commitment to delivering high quality output
- Must be a team player and able to thrive in a fast-paced multicultural environment
- Highly organized and has excellent time management skills
- Ability to prepare and quickly interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule, weekends, holidays
