Project Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Liaise with counterparts to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Analyze risks and opportunities
- Monitor project on-boarding progress and handle any issues that arise
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project on-boarding status to stakeholders
- Work with the Project Manager Leads to eliminate blockers
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
- Ensure that trainings and kickoff calls are organized whenever necessary
- Oversee project procurement management
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Ensure standards and requirements set are always met
Qualifications
- At least 2 years IT project management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft office and Google Suite tools
- Advanced experience with Atlassian tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Trello)
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- High level attention to details and solution-oriented mindset
- Must be a team player and able to thrive in a fast-paced multicultural environment
- Highly organized and has excellent time management skills
- Ability to prepare and quickly interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Knowledge with risk management and quality assurance control
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule, weekends, holidays
