Project Manager at Datawords

Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor daily activities for projects handled
Ensure that all projects deliveries are of high quality, on-time, within scope, and within budget
Organize/participate in calls and meetings about projects handled
Maintain good working relationship with clients and project stakeholders
Coordinate with third-party vendors for the execution of projects
Assist in defining project scope and objectives by involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Provide updates to management team and colleagues on customer/project status
Perform risk analysis, risk management and quality assurance
Proactively identifying issues and resolving or escalating as necessary
Consistently manage customer expectations and ensure delivery of high quality service
Train and evaluate junior team member progress

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 months experience as Project Manager in IT
Proficiency with Microsoft office and Google Suite tools
Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Trello)
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
High level attention to details and solution-oriented mindset
Commitment to delivering high quality output
Must be a team player and able to thrive in a fast-paced multicultural environment
Highly organized and has excellent time management skills
Ability to prepare and quickly interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
Client-facing experience (email, conference calls, etc)
Knowledge with risk management and quality assurance control
Amenable to work on shifting schedule, weekends, holidays
E-com: Proven experience in content management systems and/or e-commerce websites
Content Factory: Proven experience with DTP/newsletter/videos/graphics/web design production, Knowledge of Adobe tools
Translation-localization: Proven experience on translation process, CMS, or web development process (NOT CODING)
