In order to foster its international production capacity Datawords is hiring, in its office in Makati City, Philippines, a Junior Social Media Specialist.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  •  Daily monitoring and moderation of all client's social media accounts adhering to a provided strict guideline.
  •  Administrate the publishing and publishing schedule of original, high-quality content for all social media channels
  •  Responsible in providing daily and monthly reports to the senior management team
  •  Must actively take part on monthly meetings, trainings set by the senior management team
  •  Work closely with a team member at all levels across the organization
  •  Stay up to date with changes in all social media platform ensuring maximum efficiency
  •  Create and maintain process documentation
  •  All other duties as assigned by the lead/manager

 

Qualifications:

  •   Fresh graduate of Communication Arts, Journalism, Broadcasting, and the like
  •  Has a working knowledge and understanding on across several Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.
  •  Has the knowledge and understanding Google workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
  •  Must be equipped with the ability to keep up with the latest trends and social media best practices
  •  Excellent attention to detail with a strong customer service disposition
  •  Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  •  Strong time management skill. Ability to prioritize deadlines and develop strategies
  •  Fast learner and can think outside the box
  •  Proactive, reliable and can work with minimal supervision
  •  Ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates
