HR Associate - Global

, ,Responsibilities:
- Assists in the process of employee arrival and departure.
- Coordinates with the global counterparts regarding different HR processes.
- Attends to general Global Employees concerns and provide immediate action and information.
- Attends to employee documentation requests like different kinds of certifications and contracts.
- Assists in payroll preparation by providing relevant data like Absences and Overtime files.
- Maintains employee digital and electronic information by entering and updating employment and status-change data in the software.
- Creates different payroll reports as requested.
- Other tasks that may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in BS/AB Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 2-3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proficient in using MS Office (with intermediate to advance skills in MS Excel).
- Has knowledge in processing payroll.
- Has knowledge on creating different types of reports.
- Fluent in English language as there will be a lot of coordination with foreign counterparts.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Able to do multi-tasking and have a sense of urgency
- Demonstrate professionalism and integrity at work.
