HR Associate - Global

Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines | Human Resources | Full-time



  • Assists in the process of employee arrival and departure.
  • Coordinates with the global counterparts regarding different HR processes.
  • Attends to general Global Employees concerns and provide immediate action and information.
  • Attends to employee documentation requests like different kinds of certifications and contracts.
  • Assists in payroll preparation by providing relevant data like Absences and Overtime files.
  • Maintains employee digital and electronic information by entering and updating employment and status-change data in the software.
  • Creates different payroll reports as requested.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned.



  • Bachelor’s degree in BS/AB Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Proficient in using MS Office (with intermediate to advance skills in MS Excel).
  • Has knowledge in processing payroll.
  • Has knowledge on creating different types of reports.
  • Fluent in English language as there will be a lot of coordination with foreign counterparts.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Able to do multi-tasking and have a sense of urgency
  • Demonstrate professionalism and integrity at work.
